Founded in 2017, Singulart is a SaaS-enabled marketplace dedicated to empowering fine artists. Today, our team comprises 80 people from over 25 nationalities.

We are seeking intelligent, process-oriented, customer-focused individuals to ensure exceptional client satisfaction within our Customer Care Team.

The internship lasts six months. Start date: as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all post-sale communications with clients
  • Keeping up to date on post-sale tasks and proactively providing regular updates to accompany clients
  • Apply the right tone of voice in each situation according to our quality standards: respond to customers' emotions with empathy and professionalism, whether they are happy or upset
  • Collaborate with Sales and Logistics teams to anticipate issues and create a seamless experience
