Design and implement an end-to-end test automation framework and a comprehensive traceability matrix to ensure reliability and quality of the Onboarding application used across multiple divisions.

• GUI testing, CRUD validations for multiple entities, and API testing

• Map requirements to tests and results (traceability matrix)
