Design and implement a complete on-prem Kubernetes DevOps ecosystem with GitOps-based continuous delivery, infra configuration management, service mesh, monitoring, and observability.

Responsibilities:

• Provision Kubernetes cluster and container registry
• Set up GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD with GitOps workflows
• Manage manifests with Kustomize/Helm and secrets with Vault
• Implement Istio service mesh, Prometheus/Grafana monitoring
• Define deployment strategies (blue/green, canary) and SLOs
