Project overview: Design a rule-based translation engine that converts a canonical infrastructure inventory into a target cloud architecture. Map generic resource definitions to provider-specific services/configurations and generate infrastructure-as-code (IaC) plus a delta report of unsupported or partially supported features.

Key goals:

• Rule-based mapping from canonical resources to provider-specific constructs
• Multi-cloud support with extensible mapping rules
• IaC generation (Terraform/Pulumi) and delta reporting
• Support cloud-to-cloud and on-prem-to-cloud migrations

Technologies/Tools:

• Terraform or Pulumi
• Python (or similar scripting language)
• YAML / JSON rule definitions
• Jinja2 or template engines
• Cloud provider documentation (OCI, GCP)
• Git and CI pipelines
