🎯 Mission
Support the CEO across strategic, operational, and ecosystem-driven projects, helping Hi Interns accelerate growth, structure fundraising materials, and apply to top incubation & acceleration programs.
You will not do “assistant tasks.”
You will learn to think and execute like an operator inside a real startup.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
1 — CEO Support (Strategic Execution)
- Follow up on priorities and project deadlines.
- Prepare briefs, meeting notes, and executive documents.
- Conduct research to support CEO decisions.
➡️ You help the CEO stay informed, structured, and always ahead.
2 — Fundraising Support (Africa + Europe)
(Under CEO direction, you won’t own fundraising strategy alone)
- Identify and map potential investors (VCs, angels, programs).
- Manage and update our investor pipeline (CRM).
- Assist in preparing documents: metrics, summaries, pitch drafts.
- Consolidate investor feedback into recommendations.

3 — Incubators & Accelerators Applications
- Identify the best programs in Africa & France.
- Understand eligibility requirements.
- Prepare and submit applications.
- Create pitch templates for selection interviews.

4 — Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist the CEO in building B2B outreach lists (universities, schools).
- Help coordinate email campaigns and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales materials and light competitor analyses.
➡️ Hands-on exposure to early-stage startup growth.
5 — Strategic Research & Operations
- Market research (Europe, Africa, MENA).
- Benchmark EdTech & career platforms.
- Prepare internal reports and insights.
➡️ You become the CEO’s “radar”.
🎓 Ideal Profile
We are not looking for a classic intern.
We are looking for someone curious, proactive, and hungry to learn.
Must-Haves
- Strong interest in startups, tech, or the innovation ecosystem.
- Excellent writing skills (French + English).
- Organized, reliable, structured thinker.
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to different topics.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior exposure to incubators, VC, or startup events.
- Experience with pitch decks, slide design, or project research.
- Knowledge of EdTech, SaaS, or African tech landscape.
Soft Skills

📌 Internship Conditions
- Full remote
- 6-month internship
- Starting February
- Working hours: 9 AM — 5 PM
- Non-paid internship (high learning experience + strong recommendations + direct startup exposure)
