Who we are
Dowit creates immersive cultural experiences rooted in Tunisian craft traditions. We work with corporate teams, NGOs, and institutions through workshops, guided Medina tours, and treasure hunts led by knowledge holders: artisans, cooks, guides who transmit what they genuinely know.
Our B2B revenue comes primarily from team building and CSR events. We are now building a dedicated channel toward training organizations, coaching firms, and professional development providers who need meaningful off-site experiences for their participants.
The internship
You will prospect, qualify, and initiate relationships with training organizations, coaching firms, HR consultancies, and professional development providers in Tunisia. This is an outreach and pipeline-building role. You will not be managing existing clients. You will be opening new doors.
Three months. Real prospecting. Concrete deliverables.
What you will do
Map the market. Identify and qualify training organizations, coaching firms, HR consultancies, and corporate learning providers in Tunisia that could integrate Dowit experiences into their programs.
Prospect actively. Cold outreach by email and LinkedIn, follow-up calls, first meetings. You will build and manage a prospect list from scratch and move it through the pipeline.
Pitch Dowit. Learn to present Dowit's offer clearly and confidently to HR managers, training directors, and program coordinators. You will work from existing materials and help sharpen them based on what you hear in the field.
Qualify and hand off. Your job ends at the qualified lead. Proposals and closing are handled by the commercial team. Your metric is the number of serious conversations started.
Feed back into strategy. What objections do you hear? What formats interest them? What pricing feels right? You will document and share this systematically.
What we are looking for
Comfortable with cold outreach. Not everyone is. If sending a first email to someone you have never met makes you anxious for three days, this is not the right role.
Clear communicator in French and English, written and spoken.
Organized. You will manage a CRM or equivalent tracking tool and keep it up to date without being asked.
Interested in cultural economy, social enterprise, or experiential learning. You do not need to be an expert. You need to be genuinely curious.
Final-year student in business, marketing, management, or related field.
What you will take away
A real prospecting experience: market mapping, outreach, qualification, first meetings.
An understanding of how a social enterprise positions itself commercially without compromising its identity.
A documented pipeline you built yourself, which is a concrete portfolio asset for any future commercial role.
PFE topic available: B2B distribution strategy for cultural experience operators in Tunisia.
