About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Intern to support early-stage client conversations and keep our pipeline organized. Your mission is to help craft clear proposals, maintain clean prospect tracking, and support outreach and follow-ups.
This is a structured, communication-driven role — ideal for someone curious, organized, and eager to learn how business development works inside an AI studio.

What You Will Do

• Support proposal drafting and refine key talking points
• Keep prospects and notes organized in a clean tracker
• Draft outreach messages and follow-up communication
• Prepare summaries after meetings and align next steps
• Coordinate calendars and internal communication
• Conduct light research on clients, sectors, or opportunities

You’ll help maintain clarity and momentum across all BD activities.

Who You Are

• Strong communicator with clear, concise writing
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to structure information and manage multiple threads
• Curious about AI, startups, and business development
• Comfortable with tools like Notion, Sheets, or ClickUp
• Studying Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

Language Requirements

• English: Fluent
• French: Strong plus
• Arabic: Helpful but not mandatory
