Overview

• Project: Park & Charge – a B2C mobile application to enable parking and EV charging discovery, reservation and payment.
• Goal: build a production-ready mobile app and its backend to support user flows (search, map, reservation, payment, user account).

Responsibilities

• Implement the mobile frontend using Flutter with smooth mapping and location UX (Google Maps SDK integration).
• Develop backend services (GoLang) exposing REST APIs, integrate PostgreSQL and Firebase where required, and implement PSP (payment service provider) integration.
• Ensure containerized deployment (Docker) and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines; prepare the app for staging and production releases.

Required Skills & Profile

• Profile: Full Stack Developer (intern) with experience or coursework in mobile and backend development.
• Technical skills: Flutter, GoLang, React familiarity, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/SQLite, Firebase, PSP Integration, Google Maps SDK, Docker.
• Soft skills: ability to work in a small team, good communication, ability to document work and produce user-facing and developer-facing deliverables.

Deliverables & Outcomes

• A working Flutter mobile application (iOS and Android builds) with map search, booking/reservation flow and payment flow implemented.
• Backend REST API services (GoLang) with persistence (PostgreSQL) and integration tests; deployment artifacts (Docker images) and documentation.
• Handover materials: README, API docs, setup instructions, and basic analytics/telemetry integration.
