As a Marketing Operations Apprentice, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns. You will contribute to campaign performance, enhance customer engagement, and gain hands‑on experience with data analysis and CRM tools. In a fast‑paced environment, you will develop your analytical and organizational skills while supporting CRM activities across multiple countries.

What are the recruitment steps?
If your application is shortlisted, Benoît will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and cognitive reasoning). You will meet your future manager, Arnaud – CRM Manager, followed by his manager Salva – Senior CRM Manager. Finally, Benoît will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together. The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
