As a Marketing Operations Apprentice, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns. You will contribute to campaign performance, enhance customer engagement, and gain hands‑on experience with data analysis and CRM tools. In a fast‑paced environment, you will develop your analytical and organizational skills while supporting CRM activities across multiple countries.

Your role within Betclic

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Contribute to managing various programs aimed at increasing the engagement and value of our active customers
  • Support the execution of CRM campaigns: selecting the most relevant communication channels, defining target segments, handling operational deployment, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams (Content, Studio, Data & Customer Service)
  • Act as a facilitator: your understanding of team processes will help improve workflows, centralize and resolve recurring issues, and enhance overall efficiency
  • Provide operational support for campaign rollouts across different markets
  • As part of campaign monitoring, maintain comprehensive reporting on customer engagement, campaign performance, and associated costs

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm.

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data
  • You have a strong interest in CRM, marketing operations, and data analysis
  • A first experience (internship or academic project) in marketing or data is required
  • You are organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • You are comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and have good communication skills
  • You are eager to learn, take initiative, and continuously improve processes
  • Fluency in English and French

What are the recruitment steps?

If your application is shortlisted, Benoît will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and cognitive reasoning). You will meet your future manager, Arnaud – CRM Manager, followed by his manager Salva – Senior CRM Manager. Finally, Benoît will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together. The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
