You will contribute to implementing our talent development policies and processes on an international scale, and to the management of HR development initiatives, including leadership development, employee experience, mobility, and more. Responsibilities include:

• Support High Potential policies and processes
• Prepare the annual People Review process
• Contribute to various talent development projects

Profile sought:

• Master’s level in Human Resources or Business School with initial experience in HR, ideally in Talent Management and/or HR Development
• Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
• Team player and problem solver
• Very good cross-functional communication skills (multi-country, multi-function)
• Ability to make recommendations, be assertive and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Professional English (worldwide scope)
