Your mission, roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and perform benchmark analyses using the a2mac1 platform for the Frames Division.
- Create and maintain a product-process database.
- Analyze and compare competitor seat structures with internal products.
- Conduct benchmark studies and present results to cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate and lead benchmark workshops.
- Contribute to the development of Design to Cost approaches.
- Identify and define cost drivers for each component category and process.
- Establish design guidelines focused on cost optimization.
- Develop and deliver Design to Cost training modules tailored to internal department needs.
Your profile and competencies to succeed:
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree or equivalent (Mechanical Engineering or related field).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
