Helping structuring the PowerPoint presentations for business reviews with partners, or internal presentations for monthly meetings
Retail network performances
Sell-out analysis of franchise stores / partners stores via internal applications (QlikSense) or via partners' local reporting
Follow-up on key performance indicators (traffic, conversion rate, UPT, ATV…)
Product analysis to identify the strongest/weakest product categories
Help define the replenishment opportunities alongside the partners
Market studies
Markets mapping of Lacoste's retail, wholesale, outlets, e-com existing distribution
Benchmark of the competition's retail development and current presence across the EMEA region
Market analysis (demography, economics)
People cross management
Empower local teams to become strong brand ambassadors
Develop the ability of our Partners teams to drive growth
Build a strong partnership with Lacoste HQ support functions (Retail, IKA, Architecture & Design, Visual Merch, legal and supply)
