Your Role and Responsibilities

Within Group Compliance, you will join the Oversight & Monitoring team as a Compliance Data Analyst Apprentice.

What You’ll Do

• Identify Group Compliance needs, propose appropriate tech solutions, and define the roadmap.
• Develop tools leveraging AI and automation technologies to enhance Group Compliance processes, including anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, conduct, data privacy, and monitoring.
• Develop analytical scripts, automated dashboards, and tools to enable the Group Compliance team to focus on strategic initiatives and real-time monitoring.
• Contribute to the development of training programs and raise awareness on AI and automation.
• Participate in developing a strong network with other Group and local Compliance functions.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in data science, Business Intelligence, or equivalent.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps across the end-to-end process (from data loading and analysis to visualization and publishing).
• Expertise in Python (or other data handling languages such as SAS, R, or ACL).
• Some experience in transformation/consulting activities would be a plus.
• Some experience in data science would be a plus.
• Fluent in English.
