Project overview: Build an AI-driven automation agent for IT Service Management (ITSM) that monitors and analyzes logs, detects anomalies, and automatically creates, classifies, assigns, and resolves ITSM tickets. The agent can propose or execute remediation actions with optional human approval for critical operations to improve response time and operational efficiency.

Key goals:

• Continuous monitoring of system/application logs and anomaly detection
• Automatic ticket creation, classification, assignment, and resolution
• Rule-based and learned-pattern remediation with approval workflows
• Reduce incident response time and automate repetitive IT support tasks

Technologies/Tools:

• Python
• Large Language Models (LLMs) / AI agent frameworks
• Log management (ELK Stack, OpenSearch or similar)
• ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or mock APIs)
• REST APIs
• Workflow engines (Temporal, Airflow, or custom orchestration)
