Mission Design, develop, and optimize AI‑powered agents that enhance SupplyzPro’s ERP platform, enabling SMEs to interact with the ERP through WhatsApp, automate routine tasks, and receive intelligent insights in real time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and train AI agents that understand and respond to client queries.
• Integrate AI modules with backend services and the WhatsApp conversational layer.
• Build automations using AI tools to streamline business operations.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between AI logic and full‑stack components.
• Test and optimize AI responses for accuracy, speed, and UX.
• Document AI flows, prompts, logic trees, and model behaviors.
• Explore new AI tools, libraries, and optimization techniques.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and AI module testing.
• Apply proper versioning practices (branching, reviews, model versioning).
• Collaborate within a monorepo to ensure consistency across AI and backend code.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of backend development using Node.js, NestJS, and Python.
• Experience with AI/ML, NLP, and conversational agents.
• Familiarity with AI tools, embeddings, vector stores, and automation platforms.
• Understanding of ERP workflows and system integrations.
• Strong grasp of DevOps concepts (CI/CD, deployments, versioning, monorepo).
• Creative and curious mindset for building smart AI solutions.
