Europ Assistance Holding - Agentic AI Intern | Hi Interns

We aim to set up an AI-powered competitive intelligence solution to analyze affinity insurance products across key European markets (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom) to improve the product positioning and pricing of the business unit's offerings.
In collaboration with the business unit's IT Solutions Manager and key business stakeholders, the Agentic AI project management intern will:
Gather and articulate business needs: interview key business users, design the solution backlog and user stories.
Scout cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions (agent builders, conversational AIs) and assist in selecting the right tools.
Oversee the design and implementation of the solution with our chosen tech vendor, ensuring ongoing alignment with business needs.
Contribute to the MVP-based implementation: structure the database, build and adapt LLM components.
Support the study of the potential industrialization of the solution across the EA Group.
Preferred Experience
We are looking for a student fluent in English, currently enrolled in a leading engineering school, with strong knowledge of AI and Agentic technologies.
Required Skills
Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks (Lang, CrewAI, MS AutoGen, AutoGPT, etc.) and languages (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
