Description du poste

Objectives:

  • Develop high-impact visuals that align with DEFENDR’s branding and esports identity.
  • Design assets for digital campaigns, tournaments, and partnerships using a consistent and modern visual language.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials — including social media, web, merchandise, and events.
  • Elevate user engagement and brand perception through storytelling, visual motion, and aesthetic innovation.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Create static and motion assets for campaigns, tournament announcements, partnership activations, and social channels.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across different formats (web banners, social posts, merchandise mockups, event signage).
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, and partnerships teams to translate strategic goals into visual concepts.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of assets meeting DEFENDR’s visual standards.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Portfolio required demonstrating composition, color theory, typography, and finished campaign assets.
  • Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Understanding of branding principles and experience maintaining a consistent identity across multiple touchpoints.
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt style per project goals; familiarity with visual motion and storytelling.
  • Practical experience with industry tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and basic motion tools) is highly recommended.
