What you will do

  • Create authentic short videos, including face-to-camera content, tailored to TikTok audiences
  • Develop and manage a TikTok UGC strategy to increase brand awareness and community interaction
  • Analyze performance metrics and community engagement to measure success and inform decisions
  • Suggest strategic improvements for future UGC campaigns based on data and community feedback

Required expertise / Profile

  • Basic knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics Management
  • Understanding of customs regulations and international trade procedures
  • Familiarity with transportation, warehousing, and distribution workflows
  • Interest and/or experience in short-form video content creation and social media analytics

Expected deliverables

  • A documented TikTok UGC strategy and content calendar
  • A set of short-form UGC videos (including face-to-camera pieces) ready for publication
  • Performance reports with recommendations for optimizing future campaigns
