What will be your missions:
- Drive Generative AI & Advanced Tech Exploration: Actively apply cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, and Generative Business Intelligence (Gen BI), to develop real-world use cases that enhance L’Oréal’s consumer, customer, and employee experiences.
- Lead Internal Enablement & Upskilling Initiatives: Contribute significantly to building internal expertise, upskilling employees, and promoting technology adoption through workshops, training, and by leading a community of like-minded individuals across Europe, focusing on advanced AI applications.
- Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) Initiatives: Lead and support short-term PoC initiatives to validate business ideas, often leveraging Gen AI, Gen BI, and agentic AI pilots, enabling internal teams to deliver innovative solutions in compliance with L’Oréal processes.
- Conduct Innovation Research & Advanced Trend Analysis: Perform in-depth research on key technology trends, evaluate external and internal proposals, and present findings to inform strategic decisions for future innovation.
- Foster Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse IT and Business teams (Brands, Marketing, Architecture, Data, Cybersecurity) across Europe, building strong communication and stakeholder management abilities for complex projects involving advanced AI deployments.
During this experience, you will develop:
- Advanced AI & Emerging Technology Expertise: Practical application and deep understanding of Generative AI, agentic AI principles, and Generative Business Intelligence (Gen BI) within a large corporate environment.
- Innovation Project Management with Advanced Tech: Skills in leading and supporting Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, specifically leveraging and integrating advanced AI solutions, from ideation and validation to technical guidance and compliance.
- Internal Enablement for Advanced AI: The ability to contribute to and drive internal upskilling programs, facilitate the adoption of sophisticated AI tools, and foster collaborative communities across Europe.
- Strategic Research & Analytical Thinking: Competence in conducting thorough technological trend analysis, focusing on AI agent capabilities and Gen BI applications, evaluating innovation proposals, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Enhanced communication and collaboration skills gained through working with diverse technical and business teams on complex AI projects across multiple European countries.
- Process Acumen & Ethical AI Deployment: A practical understanding of complex organizational processes, compliance requirements, and the ethical considerations involved in deploying advanced systems.
