Ethics Intern — Starting September 2026; 6-month internship; Paris area; Master 1 or 2.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Ethics & Compliance within the Global Department of Ethics, Risk, and Internal Control. As an intern, you will have the chance to contribute to key projects that align with L’Oréal’s commitments to ethical practices. Check out our Code of Ethics on loreal.com.

The start and end dates have been selected to allow you to fully engage in and navigate different key projects. These projects complement one another, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of L’Oréal’s culture, organization, and policy framework.

You will work with the Ethics team on a variety of projects (Global Ethics Day with our CEO and Chief Ethics Risk and Internal Control Officer, Ethics & Human Rights Reporting, “World’s Most Ethical Companies” Recognition, …), with a strong international aspect.

You will contribute, namely by assisting us with the following:

  • Preparation of events, meetings, etc.
  • Contribution to training and communication projects
  • Definition and implementation of our strategies for deploying our Ethics program: review of policies, etc., involving research, benchmark analysis, drafting
  • Analysis of Ethics & Human Rights data and KPIs
  • Preparation of various reports
  • Preparatory steps for our World’s Most Ethical Company application

You’re a Master student (preferably M2).

You possess an analytical mindset, pay attention to detail, have strong written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to synthesize information and present it in a clear and concise manner.

Proficiency and strong interest in utilizing digital tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in both English and French (e.g., for drafting and translating documents between English and French).

What does our recruitment process look like?

1) Our recruitment team will review all applications. If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview. The recruiter (Florian) you meet with will get to know you better so they can capture the métier, division, brand, and finally the mission in which you will be able to better express your potential.

2) Finally, you will have a Business interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will help you prepare for this final interview!
