Role & Objectives

• Streamline operational processes across teams to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Enhance overall efficiency through process analysis and targeted improvements.
• Work on process documentation and suggest improvements to standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor resource utilization and operational performance.
• Create, update and maintain process documentation to ensure repeatability and clarity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pilot and implement process changes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong process optimization experience or interest; ability to map and redesign workflows.
• Analytical abilities: data-driven approach to identify issues and measure impact.
• Documentation skills: clear, structured writing for SOPs, process maps and reports.
• Focus on resource utilization and operational efficiency; attention to detail and good communication.
