Responsibilities

• Design and implement simulation engines that generate evolving crisis scenarios driven by AI models.
• Create adaptive logic so scenarios change in response to participant decisions and system state.
• Integrate participant interaction tracking and post-simulation analysis to identify resilience gaps.

Technologies & Skills

• AI integration (design/embedding of ML models into simulation workflows).
• Full stack development for web-based simulation interfaces and backend services.
• Emphasis on robustness, real-time adaptation, and data-driven reporting.
