Tasks and responsibilities
Create and organize Kanban cards for products and production lines according to product flows and replenishment rules.
Link the Kanban process with physical inventory management and material request procedures to ensure accurate stock control.
Monitor performance indicators and suggest improvements to increase workflow efficiency and reduce lead times.
Required skills and profile
Engineering student with knowledge in material request management, stock management, and material flow processes.
Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to analyze inventory data and propose process improvements.
Expected deliverables: Kanban cards and layout, documented linkage between Kanban and inventory systems, performance monitoring reports, and improvement recommendations.
