Description du poste

Project Objective

  • Develop and implement a system to automatically verify the conformity of electrical testing labels for USS machines.
  • Ensure label data integrity (part number, batch, test date, OK/NOK status) and guarantee traceability in line with customer and IATF 16949 requirements.

Scope & Responsibilities

  • Identify critical process parameters on USS machines and collect relevant historical and live production data.
  • Design and deploy Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, define control limits and establish reaction plans for out-of-control conditions.

Tasks / Activities

  • Extract and clean historical data from USS machines and production records to feed SPC analysis.
  • Implement control charts (e.g., X̄-R, p, or other appropriate charts) and configure monitoring frequency and alerting criteria.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Knowledge of SPC methods and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies.
  • Proficiency with Excel or statistical software such as Minitab or JMP; understanding of production processes and data collection.

Training, Rollout & Validation

  • Train operators and quality staff on SPC interpretation, control limits, and the established reaction plans.
  • Validate effectiveness through a pilot implementation and adjust control plans based on pilot results and capability studies.

Deliverables & Compliance

  • Deliver SPC chart suite, documented control limits, reaction plans, and a final report demonstrating improvements and traceability compliance with IATF 16949.
  • Provide documentation and evidence of pilot validation, operator training records, and recommendations for full-scale rollout.
