Project Overview

  • Create a platform for managing digitalized training modules specifically for the industrial sector.
  • Implement advanced features such as automated training reminders with acknowledgment tracking, immediate and long-term skills assessments, online feedback surveys, and statistical dashboards with reporting tools for management.

Tasks & Deliverables

  • Participate in the design and development of the platform (web/app) covering both back-end and front-end responsibilities.
  • Deliver modules including an automated reminders system with tracking, an evaluation module (immediate and delayed quizzes with scoring), user feedback interfaces and statistical analysis dashboards; produce final documentation of the project and automated processes.

Required Skills & Technologies

  • Proficiency in web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL); experience building RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization, and integrating front-end with back-end services is highly relevant.

Implementation Details & Expectations

  • Design and integrate an automated reminders module that logs acknowledgments and supports scheduling (immediate and recurring reminders).
  • Design evaluation flows for both immediate quizzes and delayed assessments to measure short-term and long-term skill retention, implement scoring and reporting.
  • Implement feedback collection via online surveys and connect results to statistical dashboards with exportable reports for management.

  • Duration: 04 to 06 Months.
  • Number of interns: 01 or 02 interns expected to collaborate on the project.
