Overview

• Create content, prepare posts, test video formats, manage platforms and track performance as part of a Social Media internship.
• Duration: 4 to 6 months, with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day content operations and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social posts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) and experiment with short-form video formats.
• Prepare weekly content plans and coordinate publishing cadence to align with audience and platform best practices.
• Test different video formats and content styles to find optimal engagement drivers and report learnings.
• Manage platform accounts including posting, basic community interactions and platform-specific optimizations.

Deliverables

• Weekly content plan outlining topics, formats and publishing schedule.
• Short videos and social posts ready for publication across target platforms.
• Monthly reports summarizing performance metrics, tests performed and recommendations for improvements.

Skills & Tools

• Creativity and strong sense for social content that performs on short-video platforms.
• Comfort with TikTok, Instagram or LinkedIn and willingness to test platform-specific approaches.
• Familiarity with basic design tools for content creation (e.g., Canva, basic image/video editors) and ability to produce polished short videos.
