Project objective

• Analyze how management control enhances the company’s overall performance by monitoring financial and operational results.
• Provide strategic insights that help optimize resource allocation and strengthen decision-making processes.

Main tasks / What you will do

• Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop performance dashboards (Excel, Power BI or similar) to visualize results and track trends.
• Support budget planning cycles and provide variance analyses and forecasting support.
• Prepare a Sketch 3D model and a presentation that summarizes findings, recommendations and proposed actions for management.

Required expertise / Skills

• Knowledge of management control, financial analysis, budgeting and performance measurement.
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, pivot tables, formulas) and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
• Good communication and presentation skills to deliver clear strategic insights to stakeholders.
