11 Strategic Feasibility and Process Design for Local LFP Battery Manufacturing Feasibility Study and Process Design for Manufacturing LFP 3D simulation. Matlab. Good analyzing skills. Teamwork skills and flexibility. PFE
Conduct a strategic feasibility study for establishing a local manufacturing line for LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery cells.
Develop a process design for LFP manufacturing, including mapping of unit operations and production flow, and produce deliverables suitable for management decision-making.
Responsibilities / What you will do
Perform 3D simulation work to model production layout, material flow and process bottlenecks using appropriate simulation tools and Matlab where required.
Analyze production parameters, throughput, yield estimations and perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate feasibility under different scenarios.
Prepare technical reports, process flow diagrams and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with the Electric department and relevant stakeholders to validate assumptions and iterate on process design.
Required expertise & skills
Strong experience with Matlab and numerical analysis for simulation and data processing.
Familiarity with 3D simulation concepts (layout and process simulation) and the ability to translate simulation results into process design improvements.
Good analytical skills, teamwork skills and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
