About the role

• Work as a Social Media Coordinator focused on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit, adapting to each platform’s culture and formats.
• Produce and iterate content quickly based on performance metrics; act as a self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit — their unique cultures, content formats, and best practices.
• Strong writing and visual communication skills with an eye for design.
• Experience with or eagerness to learn AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Banana, Canva AI) and social media scheduling tools.
• Ability to create content quickly and iterate based on performance; comfortable with analytics-informed adjustments.

Bonus / Nice-to-have

• Experience building dashboards (Notion, Airtable, Google Data Studio, or similar).
• Portfolio of social media content you've created and an active personal presence on target platforms.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies; video editing skills (Reels, TikTok-style content).
• Experience with community moderation.
