The Tournaments & Campaigns Intern is responsible for driving engagement and excitement around in-app football tournaments and related campaigns.
The role blends creativity, operational execution and community interaction to ensure users and partners are fully engaged with competitions on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, launch and manage in-app tournaments, ensuring events are engaging, well-structured and aligned with KPIs.
Actively engage with users to gather feedback, understand needs and boost participation through community interaction.
Collaborate with partners to ensure tournaments and campaigns deliver value and meet agreed objectives.
Support marketing campaigns tied to tournaments by helping create promotional content, concepts and execution plans.
Monitor and analyze campaign and tournament performance, produce insights and suggest improvements for future activations.
Profile & Skills
Passion for football: follow matches and tournaments, strong understanding of fan behaviours and motivations.
Strong communication and community engagement skills; comfortable interacting with users and partners.
Creative mindset with ability to propose innovative campaign and competition ideas.
Good organizational skills: able to manage multiple projects from concept to completion and follow through on details.
Data-informed: likes analyzing results and using insights to iterate and improve future campaigns.
