Position: Marketing & Development intern at QLM, focused on shaping the media brand’s positioning and contributing to overall growth (audience, influence, revenue).
Location & duration: Hybrid (remote and in office) in Tunis, Tunisia for 4 to 6 months.
Main responsibilities:
Work on QLM’s positioning and its divisions: define promise, targets, key messages, and differentiation.
Support creation and updates of marketing tools: media kit, partner presentations, format sheets, case studies, and QLM storytelling.
Help develop the commercial/marketing offer by structuring packs (content, formats, services) for brands, NGOs, institutions, festivals, banks, and more.
Coordinate with the community manager to ensure brand strategy stays consistent across channels.
Candidate profile / Requirements:
Student in business, marketing, communication, management or a similar field.
Strong ability to structure an offer, craft brand stories, and identify key messages for different audiences.
Comfortable creating clear and convincing presentations and working closely with leadership on strategic topics.
Strong interest in media, culture, and social impact; organized, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment where thinking and doing go together.
