Overview

• Position: Legal Content & Research Interns for a 4 to 6 months internship.
• Focus: structuring and annotating legal datasets, reviewing AI-generated contracts for accuracy, and assisting in creating public legal guides and templates.

Responsibilities

• Structure and annotate legal datasets: tag clauses, identify legal concepts, and ensure dataset consistency for ML/AI use.
• Review AI-generated contracts for factual and legal accuracy, flagging errors and suggesting corrections.
• Assist in drafting and formatting public-facing legal guides and reusable contract templates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong legal writing and legal analysis skills; ability to read and interpret contracts and legal texts.
• Basic technical understanding of datasets and AI/ML concepts (annotation formats, versioning, simple metadata).
• Attention to detail, ability to follow annotation guidelines, and clear communication skills for collaborative review.
