About the role

• Position: Business Analyst Intern at QLM Media, based in Tunis, Tunisia (Hybrid: remote and in-office).
• Duration: Internship for 4 to 6 months focused on designing and improving workflows that reshape how the team works.

Main responsibilities

• Analyze needs and identify business cases to integrate new technologies into existing processes.
• Build and document workflows to streamline tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Assess, set up and document tools across the stack (Microsoft 365 suite, Notion/ClickUp, automation tools such as Power Automate / Make).
• Create simple dashboards to track activity including projects, time, budgets and pipeline.

Candidate profile / Requirements

• Student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Business Analysis, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Comfortable using Excel/Sheets and project management tools; ideally has a first experience with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset, interest in technology and a real curiosity for creative workflows.

Tools & learning opportunities

• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365, Notion or ClickUp, and automation platforms (Power Automate / Make).
• Experience building simple tracking dashboards and documenting processes for team adoption.
• Opportunity to apply analytical skills to creative tech projects and influence internal workflows.
