Objective: Identification, analysis and evaluation of occupational risks to improve workplace safety, reduce accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Scope of the study / Missions
Comprehensive workplace study including analysis of workstations, hazard identification and risk assessment.
Proposal of preventive and corrective measures, preparation of reports, dashboards and recommendations for management.
Tasks and Deliverables
Perform observations and data collection at workstations, identify physical, chemical, ergonomic, biological and psychosocial hazards.
Produce risk assessment sheets (simple risk matrix / observation-based evaluation), dashboards and a final recommendation report.
Profile & Required Skills
Master/Engineering degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/EHS), Industrial (focus on safety or ergonomics), Engineering or Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE).
Basic understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles; awareness of workplace hazards (physical, chemical, ergonomic, biological, psychosocial).
Familiarity with basic risk assessment methods (simple risk matrix, observation-based evaluation). ISO45001 is a plus.
Practical information
Number of trainees: 1 to 2 interns.
Duration: 2 - 4 months (project length indicated by the host).
