Overview:
- Conduct an energy audit of plant systems and equipment to measure and analyze current energy consumption patterns.
- Identify energy-efficient machines and opportunities for optimization, and propose technical solutions to reduce overall energy usage.
Main tasks / Missions:
- Perform detailed data collection and energy consumption analysis across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Evaluate existing equipment performance, safety and durability; recommend replacements, retrofits or process changes.
- Use design, drafting or CAD tools to develop technical proposals and implementation drawings for selected solutions.
Profile & Required skills:
- Master/Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical, Energy, Industrial Engineering (focus on maintenance or energy efficiency).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and an understanding of energy efficiency and consumption analysis.
- Skills in design, drafting or CAD tools; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to evaluate system performance, safety and durability.
Deliverables & Objectives:
- Complete energy audit report with baseline consumption metrics and identified inefficiencies.
- List of recommended energy-efficient machines and proposed technical solutions with estimated energy savings and implementation roadmap.
- Final proposal including CAD drawings, evaluation of safety/durability impacts, and an actionable plan for deployment.
