Manage an IMS (Integrated Management System) integration project focused on documentation compliance, cross-functional practices, team engagement and capitalization of feedback.
Harmonize processes across functions to ensure consistent application of ISO requirements and continuous improvement (PDCA).
Main tasks and responsibilities
Standardize documentation across sites/functions, update procedures and ensure alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
Run or support trainings and workshops to roll out harmonized practices and gather user feedback for iteration.
Implement PDCA cycles and corrective actions derived from audits, workshops and team feedback.
Track project indicators, prepare regular reports and present outcomes to stakeholders; monitor and report on team engagement metrics.
Required profile and skills
Profile: Master degree (or in progress) in quality, industrial, or systems management as stated in the project brief.
Technical knowledge required: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Competencies: experience or interest in change management, training facilitation, documentation management, KPI tracking and cross-functional collaboration.
Expected deliverables & organisation
Deliverables: harmonized IMS documentation set, training materials/workshop reports, PDCA logs and corrective action records, project indicator dashboards and a final project report summarizing outcomes and lessons learned.
