As a Sales Agents Executive Intern, you’ll be an Izipizi ambassador within our Sales team — supporting the Sales Agents Manager in growing and animating our distribution network across dedicated territories, through our external commercial Agents & Agencies. From day one, you’ll be a key contributor to the team’s daily operations and build real hands-on experience in international B2B sales.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Sales Development (support role)
- Assist in managing the portfolio of commercial Agents/Agencies
- Support order management and work closely with the sales administration team
- Participate in customer follow-up and help identify new prospects in the dedicated area
- Help ensure proper presentation and implementation of collections and new products
- Assist in monitoring sell-out performance
- Support Agents/Agencies training on IZIPIZI’s products, services, and B2B platform
- Contribute to animating the Agents/Agencies community on social media (per IZIPIZI guidelines)
- Visual Merchandising (support role)
- Assist in guaranteeing the merchandising policy and brand universe in the area
- Support training sessions for Agents/Agencies on visual merchandising guidelines
- Reporting & Analysis
- Contribute to commercial activity reporting using internal tools
- Help monitor KPIs and follow up on action plans
- Participate in regular team meetings and quarterly reviews
- Assist in gathering and sharing field feedback with HQ (sales processes, products, logistics, marketing tools)
- Contribute to market intelligence: new trends, competitor activities, new business opportunities
- Travel & Field Presence
- Occasional travel to trade fairs or market visits
- The majority of time is based at the Paris HQ
