Job description
- Business reviews support
- Data analysis through Excel
- Helping structuring the PowerPoint presentations for business reviews with partners, or internal presentations for monthly meetings
- Retail network performances
- Sell-out analysis of franchise stores / partners stores via internal applications (QlikSense) or via partners' local reporting
- Follow-up on key performance indicators (traffic, conversion rate, UPT, ATV…)
- Product analysis to identify the strongest/weakest product categories
- Help define the replenishment opportunities alongside the partners
- Market studies
- Markets mapping of Lacoste's retail, wholesale, outlets, e-com existing distribution
- Benchmark of the competition's retail development and current presence across the EMEA region
- Market analysis (demography, economics)
- People cross management
- Empower local teams to become strong brand ambassadors
- Develop the ability of our Partners teams to drive growth
- Build a strong partnership with Lacoste HQ support functions (Retail, IKA, Architecture & Design, Visual Merch, legal and supply)
