Product Associate/Manager

• Product analysis
• Analyze competition features and recommend product positioning
• Conduct regular user interviews to understand pain points and needs
• Analyze data and analytics to inform product decisions
• Product management
• Develop Objectives and Key results (OKR) approach for the product
• Define a product roadmap with new features and optimization of existing features in a user-centric approach
• Ensure internal communication, involve stakeholders, and evangelize on solutions implemented
• Product ownership
• Write user stories and manage the squad’s backlog
• Ensure animation of Scrum ceremonies and find solutions to reduce usability and feasibility risks with the squad
• Monitor progress and adapt sprintsv
• Go-to-market
• Work with marketing and customer success managers on customer communication and feature adoption
• Work with the support team on documentation and track customer feedback
• Monitor KPIs, report, and define next objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in product management or related fields
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in go-to-market strategy and customer adoption
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
