Description du stage:
- Manage order logistics: order management, shipping and tracking
- Check and follow the stocks on the site
- Participate in the commercial animation of the site and construction of the retroplanning (highlights, promotional operations, newsletters…)
- Contribute to the smooth running of the Customer Relations Center
- Help with sales support: management of customer relations
- Assist in the management of after-sales service: exchanges, returns, refunds, disputes
Skills & Qualifications:
- Higher education in the e-commerce sector, you are looking for an internship in a company in full development and you want to acquire a real professional experience.
- You master the use of the pack office.
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic, you like teamwork and have a taste for customer satisfaction
- Rigorous, organized and autonomous, you know how to work in urgent situations by being able to identify and manage priorities
- Curious, proactive and with good analytical skills, you know how to make proposals for the continuous improvement of tools and processes.
