- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance Hackathon Tunisia's online presence.
- Create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and improve reach.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative digital content.
- Identify and leverage digital marketing trends and opportunities.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
- Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools.
- Proficiency in social media management, SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their advertising capabilities.

- Experience in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing metrics (such as website analytics, social media insights, email campaign performance) to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies and the ability to create engaging and shareable content.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in digital marketing efforts.
