Role Overview :

We are looking for a creative and strategic Community Manager/Designer Intern to elevate our brand presence and engage with our audience. In this role, you will:

• Content Creation & Planning: Develop and maintain a dynamic content calendar for LinkedIn, creating visually compelling posts, infographics, and engaging updates to showcase real estate insights, company news, and investment opportunities.

• Design Excellence: Craft professional promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and pitch decks, tailored to resonate with real estate investors and stakeholders.

• Performance Analysis & Strategy Optimization: Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, likes, and shares to assess social media campaign performance. Use these insights to refine strategies, boost engagement, and achieve better results.

• Brand Advocacy: Act as the voice of our company, fostering meaningful interactions with our online community to build trust, credibility, and stronger relationships.

Who We’re Looking For?

• Strong skills in content creation and graphic design, with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging posts and maintain brand voice.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to track social media metrics (likes, shares, impressions) and optimize strategies based on insights.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a content calendar while maintaining consistency in branding and messaging.
